When you speak to Paul Campbell he complains that the department gives him no co-operation to put his ideas into practice. He can't even be sure if Reg will give him the figures he needs. He doesn't know why the department takes on graduates if it is not interested in new ideas. He has studied business administration for three years and wants to use his knowledge but nobody will let him. What are you going to do? |
|
| A Nothing at present. Paul is idealistic, but when he is more used to the way the Civil Service operates he will be a real asset to the department. | ||
| B Decide to see Reg and Paul together and let them talk the problems over face to face. |
