You had hoped that your sales team would forget their complaints within a week or so. Unfortunately, they do not. Within ten days the union threatens to bring the whole team out on strike unless they are paid at special rates for time spent outside the office (sales visits, meetings, etc.) You think these demands are unreasonable but what can you do? |

A Give Richard Morgan the sack. He is obviously the real cause of discontent, not the meetings or outside selling. |
