The next day Reg comes to see you. He has a letter in his hand. 'I think it's time I found another job,' he says, 'This is my letter of resignation. I just can't get on with the other people in the office, so I'll work my month's notice then go.' What are you going to say to him? |
|
| A 'This is a serious decision to make, Reg. Why don't you keep the letter for a day or two and come and talk about things later this afternoon. I'll ask Paul to come in too and see if we can find another answer to all this.' | ||
| B 'Well, Reg, if you think this is the best answer, I'll certainly give you a reference and wish you luck in your next job.' |
