You have asked Reg and Paul to work together on Paul's re-organisation plan. They did not like working together at first, but now they are producing some interesting results and the plan (changed a bit with Reg's suggestions) will probably be accepted. Reg has not taken any more days off as he refuses to let Paul make decisions when he is not there. Perhaps his ulcer has gone, at least for the moment.
